The Visionaries and the Dead-eye slaves.  The Visionary race are the next step in human evolution. They have unique eyes which endows them with special abilities.  Humans unable to evolve are slaves to the Visionaries because of their powerless eyes.  These Dead-eye slaves open rebellion against the Visionaries.
